Fred Bayley

Fred Bayley is the founding chair of Foothills Connect Business and Technology Center. He is the retired Dean of Continuing Education at Isothermal Community College. He is an internationally known speaker and author in Self-Brilliance: Skills for individual and organizational success. He is the Past President of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, a Bronze level Toastmaster and volunteer middle school wrestling coach. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and the NC Outward Bound School.
